The two remaining south west chefs must cook their entire menus again for judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort. Joining the judges is Radhika Bynon, a member of the Forest Gate Women's Institute, a modern urban group of women. Together they will help decide who will go forward to the national finals and which chef will go home.
