This year is the 50th anniversary of Jennie Lee’s White Paper for the Arts. Baroness Hollis, author of the biography Jennie Lee: A Life, joins John to talk about the creation of the White Paper and the significance of its contents. Jennie Lee: A Life is published by Faber Finds.
