Black cab 'hit squads'

Some black cab drivers have taken the law into their own hands by targeting illegal minicabs in London's West End, according to the Inside Out programme.

Cabbies have formed 'hit squads' to track down illegal drivers and roadblock them, as they seek to preserve their night-time trade.
