A year after the Buchanan family spent a week living in Brisbane, they were still in Scotland. Another year on, Nicki Chapman finds out if they have made the move down under yet.
Jason Buchanan had visited Australia before and dreamt of returning to live there with his family. But not everyone in the family was convinced by the idea. Daughter Sophie was worried about compromising her relationship with her biological father and half-sisters. And the couple were unsure about the level of care Australia could offer son Jordan, who has cerebral palsy.
On a trial week two years ago, the family visited Brisbane to see if Jason's dream could become a reality. The following year, Nicki Chapman discovered the family were still in Scotland but working towards a permanent move down under. One year on from Nicki's meeting, find out if the Buchanans now call Australia home.
