Barrister Gary Bell QC meets Amanda Ciske, a young woman from Wisconsin, USA, who came to north London, paid a deposit and rented a flat. When the lease was up, she discovered that her lettings agent had disappeared with her deposit and now she wants to get her money back.

Everton fan Iain Cockbain booked a luxury coach to take his clients and friends to Wembley for the cup derby against Liverpool. They were all there at 5.30 in the morning but the coach was not. Now he wants his money back.
