As a glorious sporting summer comes to an end, Gabby Logan presents live coverage of the Athletes' Parade, a celebration of the 800 athletes who represented Great Britain at the Olympics and Paralympics. Taking in the sights and sounds of London, thousands are expected to line the route of the parade to thank the athletes for their efforts and celebrate their achievements one last time.
