The War Lover

WWII drama in which a bomber pilot discovers a taste for reckless daring. Tensions rise as his behaviour puts the lives of those around him at risk. Starring Steve McQueen.

World War II drama. From their base in England, daredevil bomber pilot Buzz Rickson and his co-pilot Ed Bolland launch numerous bombing raids over Germany. Despite their different temperaments Buzz and Ed have a high regard for each other, but tensions begin to rise as Buzz's reckless behaviour puts the lives of those around him at risk.
