Managing to mostly avoid the public gaze, they even find time for a skinny dip...

In 1956, Colin Clark worked as a 'gofer' on the set of 'The Prince and the Showgirl', the film that disastrously united Laurence Olivier with Marilyn Monroe.

In this memoir, Clark recalls how, during filming, he became Monroe's confidante, helping her escape from the pressures of filming.
