With 450 people dying every year in Northern Ireland due to obesity, Stephen Nolan goes on a journey to examine exactly how dangerous it is to be fat. He is shocked to see the autopsy of an obese body and to discover children are dying of obesity in the US. Back home, he gets himself checked out and is horrified by the results.
