Classic comedy in which the tiny Grand Duchy of Fenwick declares war on the United States with the aim of securing glorious defeat and a hefty sum in postwar aid. An advance party travels to New York and kidnaps the inventor of the Q-bomb, a devastating new weapon. Unfortunately, the inadvertent success of the plan forces the Americans into an immediate surrender.
