Sitcom about a gifted boy growing up in a chaotic family.

While attending a motivational session for employees, Hal accidentally discovers a hidden talent and ends up turning into a brilliant motivational speaker himself. His colleagues love him, but his motivational magic works so well that eventually it turns against him.
