Gianandrea Noseda celebrates Puccini's 150th anniversary by conducting the BBC Philharmonic, BBC Singers and an international cast in this concert performance of his one-act opera Il Tabarro. Rachmaninov's powerful First Symphony - only recently recognised for the masterpiece it is following its disastrous premiere - completes the programme. Introduced by Suzy Klein.
