Brian and Adam have a little spat about the farm. Adam is concerned that Brian is trying to wrest back control. He gives Lilian some advice about what to buy Ruairi for his birthday, and they talk about the little boy's night time incontinence - Jennifer is cutting down on fizzy drinks now, hoping it'll make a difference. Lilian also seeks out Brian to find out what made Matt change his mind about selling 1, The Green. She is clearly very worried that it might have something to do with... who was it? Annabelle? Brian tells her Annabelle is dynamic and inspirational. It's not what Lilian wants to hear.

Still worrying about her relationship with Clarrie, Nic turns up in the field when Clarrie is feeding the turkeys and walks back to the bus stop with her, chatting away. She tells Clarrie she feels bad about bonfire night. Clarrie says it was William's choice. Nic knows that, but she wishes she and Clarrie could get to know each other better. She offers to go to bingo with Clarrie, but Clarrie says she's only ever played it once or twice. It's awkward for Clarrie.
