Episode 13

Amateur cooks compete for the opportunity to go into business with chef and restaurateur Raymond Blanc. Raymond springs a surprise visit on the three remaining couples, turning up at their restaurants to see how they are faring. The contestants get some big shocks as he examines every aspect of the running of their establishments, from the food to the service, and discovers mouldy ingredients, undercooked dishes, and customers heading for the door after unacceptably long delays.
