Retelling of the legend of Camelot. Dissatisfied with King Arthur's rule of peace and freedom, Malagant, an erstwhile ally, turns against the Round Table and establishes a hostile domain. But he goes too far when he kidnaps Guinevere and imprisons her. When Lancelot comes to her aid, Guinevere finds her feelings torn between the spirited swordsman and King Arthur.
