But disaster strikes when Greg needs assistance to help him out of the icy water.
Cold and exhausted, it seems Greg has hit the wall. Is this the end of Gregathlon?
So. So. Cold. Greg desperately needs to warm up if he's going to be able to continue.
Now warmed up, Greg has a quick snack. Will he be able to summon the energy for a cycle?
What a hero! Greg recovers enough to get back on his bike.
Icy conditions are forecast, which make the roads dangerous.
Being extra careful to watch out for icy patches, Greg heads out on his cycle.

Arsene Wenger break
