What happened to NSYNC members who weren't Justin Timberlake?

Before Justin Timberlake was Justin Timberlake, he was best known as Justin Timberlake from NSYNC. They were one of the biggest boybands of the late nineties and scored a string of worldwide hits such as Tearin' Up My Heart, It's Gonna Be Me and Pop.
But while JT is making the world Filthy with his new single and gearing up to headline the 2018 Super Bowl (just the most watched sporting event in the world, no big deal), what happened to his bandmates?
Here's what happened to Chris, Joey, Lance and JC after NSYNC. None of whom brought sexyback at any point.
Joey Fatone
Joey's life after NSYNC has involved a varied mix of acting roles and television presenting and he has taken a varied path since his boyband days.
After NSYNC went their separate ways, Joey appeared in lead roles in Broadway productions of Rent and Little Shop Of Horrors, proving to audiences that he should have probably sung more lead vocals in NSYNC.
He also starred in the hit movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding in 2002 (and its 2016 sequel) along with roles in small movies and TV shows - such as Miley Cyrus's iconic teen show, Hannah Montana.
Joey has also made the most of his charm with TV roles on shows such as The Talk, Hollywood Today Live, Entertainment Tonight and Impractical. He's even been the host of a TV cookery show. Life has been nothing if not varied for Joey Fatone.
But while singing kept his career afloat, dancing sadly didn't. He appeared on Dancing With The Stars in 2007 but was the second star to be eliminated from the celebrity talent show.
Lance Bass
Of all the non-Timberlake members of NSYNC, Lance has arguably maintained the highest public profile since the end of the boyband in 2002.
He reached the final of Dancing With The Stars in 2008 and has kept himself busy appearing on various US reality and panel shows since 2002. He has also turned his hand to television presenting and worked as a voice actor on TV shows such as Robot Chicken and BoJack Horseman.
He has also been active in supporting worthy causes, launching The Lance Bass Foundation which helps children from low-income families meet their health needs. Lance came out as gay in 2006, earning himself a Human Rights Campaign Visibility Award for doing something which, at the time, was rare in the pop world.
But perhaps Lance is best known, in his post-NSYNC years for trying (and sadly failing) to go to space.
In 2002 he began cosmonaut training in Russia for a planned space flight, even undergoing heart surgery to make sure he was physically fit enough to go into orbit, which he was to be filmed for a documentary. Sadly, the sponsors of his space adventure pulled out of the venture, as did MTV, who briefly agreed to stump up the cash to get Lance off the ground.
In 2007 Lance said he still plans to visit space one day, but he is yet to achieve this dream.
JC Chasez
Along with Justin, JC Chasez was the lead singer of NSYNC, and the only member of the band to achieve solo success in music when the boys parted company.
He scored hits with singles Bring It All To Me (with girl group Blaque), Blowin' Me Up (With Her Love) and All Day Long I Dream About Sex. He later worked as a music producer, working with artists including Girls Aloud, Sugababes, McFly and Matt Cardle.
He also appeared as a judge on US talent show America's Best Dance Crew and starred in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Jesus Christ Superstar with fellow pop-group survivor, Michelle Williams - but the show was cancelled due to poor ticket sales.
Now, he's back in the studio working with more rising stars as a producer.
Chris Kirkpatrick
Justin Timberlake sported some seriously tight curls during his NSYNC days, but he was outdone by Chris who was the only member of the boyband brave enough to have braided hair.
Since the boyband went on 'hiatus' in 2002, Chris has stepped away from the limelight, mostly. In 2008 he took part in the second series of US reality show Gone Country, where musicians attempt to launch themselves as country music stars. He didn't win.
Chris has also appeared in The Fairly OddParents (voicing popstar character Chip Skylark) and appeared in low-budget favourite, Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! - along with other small TV and movie roles.
He also founded the Chris Kirkpatrick Foundation which works with underprivileged children in the US.
But the best bit?
Despite it being 15 years since the official end of NSYNC, the boys have stayed in touch.
They reunited to perform a medley of their hits at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards and also got together to celebrate a birthday for JC Chasez, according to a photo he shared in 2017.
