How do Scottish wrestlers go on tour?
Warning: this road trip is not suitable for grannies.
1. Obtain your wrestlers

“Grado, where are you?” “My ma’s been in Ireland; av nae clean claes.” “Seriously, that’s why he’s late?” “Grado, get in the campervan.”
2. Get provisions — and remember: a wrestler is a machine worthy of only the best fuel

Booze & junk food: a top athlete’s nutrition plan
3. Choose the classiest vehicle available
4. Always be courteous to fellow road users
5. Keep everyone’s spirits high with a traditional road trip singalong
6. Take in the local culture and landmarks of the city you’re visiting

7. Have a clear marketing plan but, whatever you do, don’t attract the attention of the local law enforcement
8. Get a local legend to show you the sights (don’t go near the patio!)
9. Hook up with the cast of Geordie Shore
10. Get their top tips on a spray tan

Jack Jester & Davey Blaze’s extreme tan level instructions leave Chris with quite a bit more than a golden glow
11. Always remember that what goes in must come out (see 2)
12. Finally: no matter how far Scottish wrestlers travel, they never forget their roots
