But Geoffrey Ogbonna, wey be tok-tok person for di Abia State Police Command tell tori pipo for Abia State say Police bin just react to one mob action against dia officer wey some hoodlums beat.

"Wahala start after one Keke rider hit one Sienna vehicle for Aba. As di driver of di Sienna and di Keke rider dey drag, one of di passengers of di Keke wey be Police officer come join to begin beg di Sienna driver.

"As di Police man dey beg some pipo come identify am sey na officer. Before you know it di mob attack di officer. So, di officer wey suffer mob action come get luck to call for reinforcement . Na wetin make our officers rush go di scene to go rescue dia colleague.

"As dem reach dia, in order to avoid any attack as dat place na danger zone our officers begin shoot into di air to use am scare di bad boys commot for di place," Ogbonna tok.

Geoffrey Ogbonna also clarify say di command block all di access to di Central Police Station as a precautionary measure to fit repel any attack on di Police Station following wetin dey happen for South East in recent times.
