Prosecutor say, di couple bin dey date for nine months bifor Sunday ask Ita to marry am but she no gree and bin wan call off di relationship and na dat time acid enta di mata.

But wen dem arrest Sunday, e deny di accusation say no be so tins dey happun.

E even claim say na she pour acid for im bodi but evidence prove say no be so e happun.

By January 24, dem don arrest and charge Sunday go court.
