'We dey ready to do DNA test' - Mohbad wife

"At di end, we wait and up till today, we no hear anytin about di DNA. We tell dem say if dem wan take samples, dem go bring Liam come anytime but we no hear anytin."

Wunmi lawyer say dem go go ahead to do di DNA test if di papa no ready to step forward to make di process fast. E add say dem go serve di father side wit notice and if dem no show up, dem go go ahead.

"About three weeks ago, we bin see di applicant (Mr Joseph Aloba) dey spoil di name of Master Liam and as e dey do e dey call am bastard, and we no go accept dis especially as di court don ask make you go conduct di DNA but e dey run away.

"We want make you take steps to ensure say we timely conduct di DNA so we fit make progress."

For im letter dated 11 January 2025 through im chamber Hillceete Partners, Mr Odumosu wey be Mohbad papa lawyer tok say dia chamber no dey represent Mohbad father again.

"Dis response dey necessary as we respect your good sef and to set di record straight as our chambers no longer dey represent di applicant."

'I wan change my lawyer' - Mohbad papa react

We reach out to Mr Joseph Aloba (Mohbad papa) for im own side of di tori, e say no be im dey delay di DNA process but di hospital wey dem contact neva give dem reply.

"No be me dey delay, my lawyer don write to di places wey we sabi say e good to do di DNA but we no get reply."

Mohbad papa say na new lawyer go take ova di DNA case sake of say e wan change im lawyer to anoda one.

"I wan change my lawyer, na my new lawyer go take di case. We need to do am, if we no do am now, e no go dey possible again.

E add say once di new lawyer take ova di case, e no go tey wey dem go do di DNA test.
