Chairman for di committee Professor Agyemang Badu Akosa confam say many healthcare workers breach dia duty of care and ethical standards for di way dem handle di case.
Dem recommend say make di Police Hospital as well as di Medical and Dental Council (MDC) punish and recommend for disciplinary action four doctors ova alleged misconduct and breaches.
