Emily Bell

Emily is a 22-year-old graduate from Croydon in London, who now works in marketing.

She plays rugby for the London Broncos and has been throwing a ball around since she was just 13.

She said her main inspiration for joining the show was boxer Tyson Fury.

Speaking about her time on the show, she said getting to the final feels "beyond surreal", and that her favourite moment was being the first person to beat cyclone on Duel.

Naomi Church

Naomi used to play hockey for England's U16s and now works as a business consultant.

She said getting into the final of Gladiators 2026 was "unexpected" but she's "proud of myself for getting to this point".

At 40 she is the oldest of the finalists, she said: "I didn't realise I doubted myself so much. I've still got it in me to achieve.

"I'm not too old to go out there and achieve something new, and just set an example."

Josh McDonald

Josh, 27, was a Royal Marine trainee and now works in sales as a manager for a local gym brand.

He said it's "a privilege" and "an honour" to be in the final.

He continued: "It doesn't even feel real so I'm just excited to take on the day."

The hardest game for Josh was Destruction, because "who trains to punch through walls?"

Tyler Spence

Tyler, 30, is a computer science teacher by day, and also used to be a semi-professional rugby player.

He was due to represent England at the 2018 Commonwealth Games but couldn't because he got injured, so is now hoping to go all the way and lift the Gladiators trophy.

He said his favourite event was Destruction, but the most difficult was Hang Tough, as "It's one that you either have it or you don't. I think for me it's one that I just don't have."
