Best New Act at the Grammy's

Olivia confirmed her status as one of pop's biggest breakout stars by winning the Grammy Award for best new artist in Los Angeles.
This made the Londoner the first Brit to win best new act since Dua Lipa in 2019.
At the show she also performed her UK chart-topper Man I Need, in the week it reached number two on the US Billboard Hot 100.
Four wins at Brit Awards

Not only did Olivia perform at the 30th anniversary of the Brit Awards ceremony, staged at the Co-op Live arena in Manchester - she also took home the most prizes.
She won four out of the five awards she was nominated for.
As well as being named Best British Artist, Best Pop Act and Best Album, she also won Song of the Year for Rein Me In, her collaboration with Sam Fender.
Topped both the single and album charts

As of March 2026, Olivia Dean has secured at least two number-one hits in the UK this year.
Her album The Art of Loving re-peaked at Number 1 in January, earning her the first Number 1 album of 2026 and it went on to spend multiple consecutive weeks in the top spot.
Meanwhile in the singles chart, Rein Me In reached Number 1 on 20 February 2026 setting a record for the longest climb to the top after 35 weeks.
Headlining Radio 1's Big Weekend

If you're keen to see Olivia Dean perform in the flesh then you'll certainly be excited to know that she'll be headlining the final day of BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend when it heads to Sunderland in May.
While this isn't her first time on stage at Big Weekend, having been part of the show in Luton in 2024, this will be her first time headlining there and her first ever time heading a UK set.
The pop star will close out the Sunday along with former One Direction star Niall Horan and American singer Kehlani.
Recognition as a songwriter

You may know Olivia primarily as a singer, but she's also being recognised for her skills as songwriter.
For the first time she's been nominated for two Ivor Novello Awards, which recognise talented songwriters across music, television and film.
Olivia's in the running for Best Album and Most Performed Work, which is the award for the song that's been played the most since last year.
The awards will be taking place in London on 21 May, so we'll have to wait until then to see if she can add even more trophies to her cabinet.
