A West Mercia police officer cleared of rape has returned to work after being suspended for almost a year.
PC Vinod Kumar Dahiya, 45, was suspended from 4 July 2013 to 15 August 2014, on full pay and has returned to "non-operational duties", a force spokeswoman said.
He was cleared of attacking a woman while off-duty in May and June last year.
A review is ongoing into whether he will face misconduct proceedings.
The force said PC Dahiya would remain office-based until the review was complete.
Jury discharged
A spokeswoman said: "All the evidence is now being considered with a view to what, if any, proceedings there will be under the police misconduct regulations.
"It will be a few weeks before we have all the information we need to make a decision on the next step."
In July, a jury at Stafford Crown Court found Mr Dahiya not guilty of one charge of rape. It was unable to reach a verdict on a second count.
It was also unable to reach a verdict on a charge of common assault, and was discharged.
The Crown Prosecution Service previously confirmed it would not seek a retrial.
