Joseph Cummins was shot several times in the back
A teenager arrested over the murder of a 25-year-old man in Merseyside has been released on police bail.
The 18-year-old from Croxteth was taken into custody on Monday and questioned about the shooting of Joseph Cummins.
Mr Cummins was shot repeatedly in the back on Longmoor Lane, Fazakerley, on the night of 20 January.
Police revealed that Mr Cummins was also shot in the back in nearby Gribble Road in 2009, but no arrests were made and they are not linking the shootings.
