
Marlon Small was found on Merrion Street with serious injuries, police said.
A man who died after he was found badly injured on the pavement of a Leeds street has been named by police.
CCTV operators in the city saw the man lying on the pavement in Merrion Street in the early hours of Saturday.
Police and paramedics were called to the scene where they found Marlon Small, 31, of Chapeltown. Officers want to speak to any witnesses.
West Yorkshire Police said a post-mortem examination showed Mr Small had died of a single stab wound.
