    Wasps director of rugby Dai Young has told the Wasps website this weekend's game, external with the Newcastle Falcons will be "tough" and that they are under "no illusion".

    A project to help preserve historical items in one of Morocco's oldest towns will get a helping hand from Coventry University students. 

    The programme includes turning rubbish into art, supporting struggling workers and creating the community’s first history museum.

    Taking place in Sefrou over 10 days, a group of 11 students will help with regeneration work.

    The partnership between the town and Coventry University wants to help some of the poorest families adapt to a changing world and protect their ancient heritage.

    A man's body has been found in a lay-by in Leamington Spa.

    He was confirmed dead at the scene on the A452 near the Greys Mallory Island. 

    Police say they are now trying to establish his cause of death.

  11. Approval granted for land-levelling on old Jaguar sitepublished at 17:13 BST 28 October 2016

    Permission has been granted by Coventry City Council to level vacant ground, external on part of the old Jaguar Cars site. 

    The area of land at Lyons Park, Coundon Wedge Drive, will be levelled to make it ready for further development. 

    Goodman Real Estate will be able to lower its height by up to 5.6 metres and raise it by nearly 3.7 metres in order to get it flat. 

    Thirty-six objection letters were received from members of the public.

    There was a ceremony at West Orchards shopping centre in Coventry.
