Toxic reservoir wall could collapse warns Hungarian PM

The Hungarian authorities have evacuated the village worst affected by Monday's toxic waste spill, after damage was found in another of the reservoir's walls.

Around 800 people were moved from the village of Kolontar in buses and cars.

The evacuation was described as a precaution but the Hungarian Prime Minister, Viktor Orban, said it was very likely that the weakened wall of the reservoir would collapse.
