The BBC Children in Need Appeal Show is back with a stellar line-up of presenters. Tess Daly, Graham Norton, Greg James, Ade Adepitan, Rochelle and Marvin Humes will guide viewers through a night of dazzling entertainment to raise millions of pounds for BBC Children in Need.
Tess Daly and Greg James open the show with sketches, performances and treats from some of the nation’s most loved stars. Graham Norton and Ade Adepitan present the central part of the night with Marvin and Rochelle closing the show and revealing the final total.
Along the way, appeal films will feature some of the disadvantaged children and young people whose lives have been changed through the support of BBC Children in Need, and the volunteers who work tirelessly to help them.
Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them Sketch

Actor Eddie Redmayne is to feature in a special sketch for BBC Children in Need 2016. The sketch was recorded on the set of Eddie’s new film, Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them and will see the much loved actor doing his bit to raise money for Children in Need. The sketch will feature special guests from the world of showbiz who will be revealed in due course.
Strictly Come Dancing Children in Need Special 2016

Straight from Rio 2016, the Olympic stars of Team GB are to shimmy their way onto the world famous Strictly Come Dancing ballroom as they join professional dancers Janette Manrara, Pasha Kovalev, Karen Clifton and Neil Jones for the annual Strictly Come Dancing Children in Need special presented by Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman.

The EastEnders cast are back with an extravaganza which is sure to take many people’s breath away.
Dr Who

Children in Need will preview an exclusive first look at the Doctor Who Christmas Episode. In this special, the Doctor teams up with an investigative reporter and a masked vigilante to defend New York from a terrifying alien invasion.
Would I Lie To You?
Rob Brydon is back in the host’s chair for a very special BBC Children in Need junior edition of Would I Lie To You? David Mitchell and Lee Mack are the team captains but, for this mini-episode only, their special guests are children, some of whom will be making incredible-sounding claims, whilst the others help their captains challenge the opposing teams.
Children’s Choir
Over 1,500 children across 10 different UK locations will be coming together to sing in unison for Pudsey in the Children’s Choir that will perform live on the night.
Music Performances
The BBC Children in Need Appeal Show is known for its performances from the music industry’s most loved artists, and this year is no different. Superstar Michael Buble has recorded a very special performance for Children in Need, pop princesses Little Mix will be taking to the stage in an electric show-stopper and this year’s West End musical special comes from the incredible cast of Disney’s Aladdin.
