Calm down! If social media is so bad for us, why are so many people using it?

And there are a lot of social media users! ప్రపంచం మొత్తంగా 3.2 బిలియన్లు అంటే 320 కోట్ల జనాభా సోషల్ మీడియాను ఉపయోగిస్తున్నారట – ఇదే ఇవాల్టి ప్రశ్నకు జవాబు.
