Romeo, Juliet and... Hamlet!

We've practised using the idioms from 6 Minute Vocabulary. But they really are just the tip of the iceberg. Shakespeare gave us many, many more words, phrases and idioms. We're going to learn a few more now, as we do the Romeo and Juliet vs Hamlet challenge!

Hamlet is one of Shakespeare's best-loved tragedies. It tells the story of the young prince Hamlet as he seeks revenge for his father's death.

Romeo and Juliet is Shakespeare's tragic tale of love between two young people from warring families.
