As a plural noun, it can talk about a general situation that affects something else.

As a singular noun, it can just refer to the physical state of something.

A condition is a thing that is necessary for something else to happen. Contracts and agreements often have these.

So, conditions are circumstances, the condition of something is what state it's in and a condition allows something to happen.

Remember that and your English will be in good condition!
