If you could turn the clocks forward 100 years, what would the world be like? It's your turn to write about it.

I'm sure, in 2115 we will all be connected. It doesn't matter where you will be, everybody might know. You won't be able to hide. The 'big brother' is likely to watch you everywhere. It will probably be a world where people won't have any secrets.

I'm afraid I really don't know how the world will be in the year 2115. There might a world war or another serious danger. It is be likely to that there are many people who are very poor and have no money for their livelihood. I am going to die long before the year 2115, so I have no problems left for that date.
I hope that my grandchildren have their children and they will live happily at that time.

I think that people will be able to fly outside our solar system in 2115. It is likely to eventually invent medicine against all kind of cancer. It’s probably going to be human’s teleportation that is people are going to move from one spot of space to other immediately. In 100 years people might be living longer than nowadays because of blocking of gene which is responsible for aging.

Basically, by 2115, we'll have solved the problem of electronic waste. We might drive differently. Cars are likely to be driven by electronic assistance. I hope we might solved some of the problems we face: pollution, starvation, terrorism.

In fact, I think we are likely to be more empathetic, we are going to work less because lot of thinks might be already created. Creativity and arts might be the center of our lives :-). I like to think about all goods thinks that might happen in the future. I don't think we are going to have wars as our ancestors had lived.

Although all my best wishes, I have to admit that I don't know how we are going to make it to achieve all these improvements in only 100 years.

In the future we will spend much money for environment friendly transport. Modern cars aren’t going to produce pollutions. The people might use more and more digital devices in daily duties. It is unlikely to stop using modern technology in life of new generation. I think until 2115 the people might create something what we can not predict.

Our devices are going to collect more and more data about us and our actvities. Drones will be very interesting because will allow us to visit places and acts in several spaces at the same time: Just like god!! Data is money and if you control or collect enouigh information about us and our activities, you can control us and direct to us in your behalf. Nowadays Data is power on us. We´re just puppet on their hands.

Let´s control politicians.

If I could turn the clocks forward 100 years I will see the world full of robots. People are not going to destination by take bus, subway and airplane. Everyone might probably transport to anywhere by magic door. I think is likely to be come true forward 100 years.

As I am not so young, I think that I am unlikely to see all technological advances existing in 2115.

Our planet will probably be much different to the one We know today and People might even dislike what the world will be like, but I'm sure that human race will be able to cope with any difficulty through new scientific breakthroughs and always look on the bright side of everything.

Another thing is for sure: as I am studying English very hard, before 2115 I'm going to be a good English speaker. At least I hope so.

Hello, I'm Francisco Javier from Spain and here are my predictions.

In 100 years we will have to produce food for a world population which is rising continuosly. I think it will be a big challenge for science.

I think we are not going to use non-renewable sources of energy. Mainly, we are going to use energy from the sun and the wind.

Possibly, humankind is likely to use a few languages for its communication.

I'm not sure but, by 2115, human beings might live in others planets such as Mars.

In a 100 year I believe that we will use new kind of clothes. We´ll order them on line and they´ll fit perfectly. They´re going to be made by organic material. And they´ll be delivered by drones. And the travels are lileky to be faster than today. Planes might reach high speeds, so we might travel from Brazil to Europe in a couple of hours.

I think it will be very convenient to do everything in year 2115. People are likely to move from place to place much faster than now by faster and safer transportation. People might be able to go shopping online and receive the things you buy after five minute. This means that you might have to control your desire to shopping!

In 2115 devices will have taken over all tasks that might have been considered as futile. However it is unlikely that the choices will be the best. It is possible that some people will regret the time when they decided themselves about what they were going to dress, to eat, to think... Others will wonder how they might be cleverer than the robots they created which they are likely to be the master. So will go on the progress, unlikely to see its end. I think the great progress will be in the field of health, likely to cure all illnesses and probably to replace any defective human organs.

What would the world be like in the year 2115?

I think, the some places of the world will be very hot and very cold

 to live there, and the human beings be likely to change your physiognomy or appearance for to live in those places. Probably the human race going to evolve but unfortunately some spicies of animals and plants won't be able to adapt them to live and I think that They will disappear.

I hope that the new technological advences be able to stop this awful view of the future.

I can imagine a world with small population because it might be wars and a lot of nutritional, social, economic, political problems. But this world with new concepts, in peace, with new hopes and with brotherly love. It is likely to be a new stage.

I think in the 2115, the World will be a separate place. There will be a several kind of Countries, some places richer, some places poorer, and unfortunately, it is likely to be separate also because of religions' diferents. Our World is going to be a less colorfull World.  It migth be a worst place to live.  But, I pray to be wrong. Thatsdepend of us, of course.

How will be the world in the year 2015?

The world population will be higher than now. It'll be overpopulation in the Earth, but I think that there is enough resources for everyone if they are properly distributed.

The technologies advices are going to improve and the children are going to grown up with digital technologies all around them.

I might have each new smartphone when you want, because it might be cheaper than nowadays.

We are unlikely to live for ever. Although people will be live for longer, they are going to die, but they will have to work for longer too.

The world will have more and more pollution. So many people may get  incurable disease. Also the tenolegy will develop very fast. People will travel to each another country very easy and cheap.

For sure the population will steadily grow.

People all over the world are going to have a longer lifespan.

But the increasing population connected with climate change as global warming might probably cause a lack of water for our grand-grandchildren.

 I think such a lack of water is likely to become an enormous problem for next generations.

In my view it seems quite unlikely that everywhere people will get on well so that wars won’t happen in the future. Mankind was not able to realize such a dream in the past for millenniums of years nor won’t they be able to life peaceful in future. That’s a pity but it can’t be helped.

I won't be alive to see the world in the year 2115, and nor my children. My grand children might see this world and what will they see?

It's unlikely to be a paradise but I hope it won't be a hell!

For that, I hope we are going to find solutions for global warming and wars all around the world.

Mankind hasn't learnt from his history any longer. Over the past 100 years there have been two world wars and I fear  that in the future it is likely to happen once more. Have a look at what's happening all over the world

The governments should improve their efforts putting in place all of the strategies of peace. It's just what the people wants.

The university challenges arent't likely to be higher, in fact we are global in scale but are universities likely to develop the capability to broaden our competencies?

UK general election 2015: who might to win?

Probably no-one might win, at least not with a majority. Some polls are suggesting that there might be a dead heat, with Labour and the Conservatives.

In the year 2115 the world will be completly different.

The human being will be a cyborg middle human with electronics device under his skin.

We'll be able to travel out of the earth even explore another planets but the colony won't be possible yet.

I think wil be able to teletransport things and the travels wil be shorter but won't be possible to teletransport living being.

The human being will live more than one hundred and fifty years and the aging will be minimum.

I really don't know how the world will be in 2115. I think wars are unlikely to disappear especially regarding to the different religions. Of course, technology will keep on changing our way of life. In which way? If I were alive at that time, I might - or not- appreciate using new devices, new means of transport, new electronic relationship. Anyway, electronic waste are going to increase greatly. Is it good for the planet?

In 2115 the world is going to be packed up of people because much more will born than die,  that is for the medicine that will be so advanced that we will have cure for many diseases. Pollution will be  on a serious stage and there will be loads of nature catastrophes.  By this time California might  be swallowed by the ocean.

A hundred years is a long period of time for human beings.We usually live less tan that.Moreover in the last decades our world is changing a great deal:communications,computers,global warming,increasing status of women,migrations,etc.Definitely in 100 years' time this world is going to be different.

For our planet it's unlikely to support such a big amount of people and consumerism of all sort of resources as fuel,minerals,foods,etc, and the consequences of that consumerism.

This world  will be different, for sure.Maybe better in some aspect as diseases and pain in general although worse in those important matters about the Earth.

Might the humankind,specially the one living in developed countries,correct that behavior?.I believe it's possible but not certain.

Sometimes I think that the future will be awful. World War III is going to be and all mankind will be destroyed. These thoughts come to my mind very seldom, only when I'm a bad mood. I prefer to think that the future will be better than nowadays. It is going to be light and peaceful without wars, starvation and so on. The scientists are likely to learn how to cure cancer and other diseases. All technologies will probably go so far that the people might refuse manual labor and hard work. All this work will be done by robots which won't rebel against people.

I think that in 2115 the world will be very different that today, technology, medicine and many areas are developing very fast, so is posible that the life expectancy might be about 100 years in many countries, in transportation, I think that will be common the flying cars. The above is good, but I hope too that the poverty has been eradicated of the world and that all advances reached by the developed countries are shared with the countries less developed.

I am going to tell you several ideas about past, present and future. I think that people 100 hundred years ago in 1915 was likely to dream about future like we. They imagined life in future on basis their experience but they hadn't any computers, laptops, smartphones and other modern devices. I don't know what will be in future but I think mankind might invent new technologies which will change life our descendants in 2115. I hope the future of our planet and mankind will be peaceful and healthful.

If we could turn the clock forward 100 years, what might we find out? And firstly my answer is a question: Where?

All the predictions about the future lead us to think that we are going to create two worlds: a little minority will have access to discovery of sciences and technologies; probably they might travel at the moon or another planet. The greater part of humanity are unlikely survive at the wars and hunger.

But I think also that our aware is going to grown and a new feeling of solidarity will appear.

A lot of difference things will change in 100 years. The Oil and Gas resource will be extinct and transportation problem probably is going to be solved through electrical and solar systems. With respect to the industry, the first energy source might be alternative energy like wind and solar sources.

Technology be likely to dominate the world. Every action and moving of each one might be registered and the war won’t be for oil like now, will be for available of storage information an get communication access.

Environment conditions are going to be worst, but probably humanity is going to crate new spaces to live.
