We say...

In English we say we say too many cooks spoil the broth and it means that if too many people are involved in a process it will fail – it won't be a success.

Examples:

Leave me alone! I want to try to solve this problem by myself because sometime too many cooks can spoil the broth.

There were too many architects involved in the project and it failed – it's true: too many cooks spoil the broth.

په ډېرو قصابانو کې غوا مرداره وي  which means if there are too many butchers, the cow is killed in an inappropriate way – which means it's not halal for eating.
