Print transcripts of conversations such as the ones in Mi Vida Loca and...

1. Use them as a simple reading exercise for pairs of learners

2. Having read the text, invite learners to re-create the conversation without looking at the printed version

3. Create a parallel conversation and get learners to spot the differences

4. Remove the Spanish and get learners to "translate" the English

5. Remove one half of the conversation and invite learners to guess what is being said

6. After reading the text, invite learners to watch the video and transcribe elements of the action
