16:53 The final members have been selected with Scrutiny: Jan Kuttelwascher, Sean McManus, Rhoderick Matthews, Mary Lowe, Mike Garrett, Matt Fallaize, John Gollop and Martin Storey. The vote was Kuttelwascher 36, McManus 29, Matthews 28, Lowe 27, Garrett 26, Fallaize 25, Gollop 23, Storey 22, Langlois 20 and Collins 15.

16:18 Barry Brehaut had eight names to put forward as Scrutiny is the biggest of the committees and he chose Mike Collins, Matt Fallaize, Mike Garrett, Jan Kuttelwascher, Shane Langlois, Rhoderick Matthews, Sean McManus and Martin Storey. David de Lisle proposed John Gollop and Janine Le Sauvage put Mary Lowe forward.

16:17 It was also straight in for the Public Sector Renumeration Committee with Al Brouard's nominations of Barry Brehaut, Mike Collins, Roger Domaille and Tony Spruce getting in.

16:14 Leon Gallienne also put his non-states members before the house and voted in were Michael Best, Chris Bradshaw, Mark Helyar and John Ifeon Thomas.

16:13 Public Accounts wasn't opposed either as Michael Garrett, Barry Paint, Jane Stephens and Martin Storey were elected.

16:12 John Gollop's nominations were unopposed so the new members of the Legislation Select Committee were Leon Gallienne, Rhoderick Matthews, Sam Maindonald and Jane Stephens.

16:10 Ivan Rihoy got his chosen four of Matt Fallaize, Shane Langlois, Mary Lowe and Tom Le Pelley after the vote: Lowe 38, Fallaize 31, Langlois 31, Le Pelley 35 and Matthews 27 with one blank paper.

15:44 House Committee Chair Ivan Rihoy proposed Matt Fallaize, Shane Langlois, Mary Lowe and Tom Le Pelley. John Gollop nominated Rhoderick Matthews.

15:43 The new States member Roger Domaille got the final seat on Treasury and Resources with the vote Domaille 29 and Lowe 17.

15:36 Allister Langlois, Shane Langlois and Jack Honeybill are voted in as members but a second vote was needed to decide between Roger Domaille and Mary Lowe. 1st vote: Honeybill 28, S Langlois 27, A Langlois 25, Domaille 24, Lowe 24, Sillars 21.

15:03 Treasury Minister Charles Parkinson nominated Allister Langlois, Shaun Langlois, Roger Domaille and Robert Sillars. Dave Jones nominated Jack Honeybill and Matt Fallaize proposed Mary Lowe.

15:02 Mark Dorey is the second Minister to get the department members he wanted as Al Brouard, Mike Collins, Andrew Le Lievre and Scott Ogier got seats. The Social Security vote: Al Brouard 38, Andrew Le Lievre 32, Mike Collins 26, Scott Ogier 34, Rhoderick Matthews 23 and Michael Hadley 9.

12:40 Peter Gillson misses out on a seat on Education after the vote: Matt Fallaize 35, Mike Collins 32, Allister Langlois 32, David de Lisle 27 and Gillson 25.

12:19 Education: Minister Carol Steere proposed Mike Collins, Matt Fallaize, Peter Gillson and Allister Langlois while John Gollop proposed David de Lisle.

12:18 The new members of the Health Department voted in were Barry Brehaut, Andrew Le Lievre, Michael Hadley and Richard Willmott. So far Hunter Adam has got the least of his nominations onto his department with only two voted on. Le Lievre 30, Brehaut 29, Willmott 27, Hadley 25, McManus 23 and Spruce 19.

11:44 Health nominations: Minister Hunter Adam proposed Barry Brehaut, Andrew Le Lievre, Sean McManus and Tony Spruce. Dave Jones put forward Richard Willmott and Michael Hadley was nominated by Charles Parkinson.

11:43 - Culture and Lesiure nominations of Gloria Dudley Owen, Michael Garrett, John Gollop and Francis Quin in unopposed.

11:42 Sirett's four choices are in. Barry Paint 36, Janine Le Sauvage 35, Jack Honeybill 31, Jenny Tasker 29 and the unsuccessful David de Lisle with 27.

11:16 Peter Sirett's chosen four in Environment are Jack Honeybill, Barry Paint, Janine Le Sauvage and Jenny Tasker. David de Lisle has been proposed by Scott Ogier.

11:15 After the vote Scott Ogier, Tom Le Pelley, Tony Spruce and Bill Walden are in. the vote was: Le Pelley 34, Ogier 26, Spruce 26, Kuttelwascher 18, De Lisle 15 and Gillson 15.

10:43 For the Public Services Department Bernard Flouquet proposed Scott Ogier, Bill Walden, Peter Gillson and Tony Spruce. John Gollop proposed Jan Kuttelwascher and David de Lisle while Dave Jones put Tom Le Pelley forward.

10:42 Dave Jones' nominations were unopposed so Graham Guille, Jane Stephens, Gloria Dudley Owen and Sean McManus join Housing.

10:38 The new members of the Home Department voted in were Francis Quin 30, Jenny Tasker 30, Sam Maindonald 29 and Marc Laine 27. Mary Lowe missed out by one vote on 26 and one of Minister Mahy's choices didn't get in: Leon Gallienne with 23 votes.

10:12 Mary Lowe and Marc Laine also proposed for Home.

10:11 Home: Geoff Mahy wanted Francis Quin, Sam Maindonald, Jenny Tasker and Leon Gallienne.

10:10 All Minister McNaulty Bauer's nominees voted in: Laine 39, Sillars 39, Gillson 38, Storey 33 and the unsuccessful Matthews with 13 and one spoilt paper.

09:43 Mcnaulty Bauer began the first of four five minute speeches on her candidates.
