Making a stir-fry is easy! Follow our simple steps to make the perfect stir-fry every time.
Chop the you choice of meat, such as chicken, turkey or beef, into bite-sized pieces.
Finely chop your choice of flavourings such as onions, garlic, ginger or chilli.
Thicky slice your choice of vegetables, such as carrots, peppers, courgette or mangetout.
Heat a little oil in a wok and brown the meat until golden on all sides. Remove from the wok and set aside.
Heat a little more oil in the wok and add the flavourings. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add cooked noodles or rice and return the meat to the pan. Stir-fry until everything is hot and the meat has cooked through.
Add your favourite sauce such as soy sauce, chilli sauce or hoisin sauce. Stir thoroughly and serve!
