Learn how to make crispy oven chips with this easy video.

Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.

Peel and slice two large potatoes into fairly thick chips.

Put in a pan and cover with boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes, then drain.

Drizzle a baking tray with olive oil and add the chips. Season with salt and pepper and mix to coat the chips in oil.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and crispy.
