Spicy bacon and pepper pasta

Method
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the bacon and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the red pepper, leek, garlic and chilli flakes and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cook gently for 3-4 minutes, then add a splash of boiling water and stir well.
Stir in the cooked pasta and basil and immediately pour into a bowl and serve.
