  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onion, chilli and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until soft.

  2. Increase the heat and add the sugar snap peas and fry for three minutes, then season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

  3. To serve, drizzle the honey over the sugar snaps, sprinkle the sesame seeds, mix well and transfer to a serving dish.
