Sautéed broccoli with sesame

Method

  1. Blanch the broccoli in a pan of boiling salted water for two minutes. Drain.

  2. Melt the butter in a pan until foaming, then add the blanched broccoli and sesame seeds. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then squeeze in the lemon juice. Cook for a further two minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.

  3. Spoon into a dish and serve.
