This cooling and refreshing mango and mint lassi is the perfect accompaniment to hot and spicy food.
Method
If using mango slices, put them into a food processor and blitz to a smooth pulp.
Add the yoghurt, milk, lime juice and mint, then blend again until smooth.
Divide the lassi between 4 glasses and serve immediately.
