4-5 stalks rhubarb
a few sprigs of rosemary, chopped

Tins, packets and jars

a little plain flour, seasoned with salt and freshly ground black pepper, for dusting
1 tbsp capers, drained

Cooking ingredients

good shake of light brown sugar
a couple of good glugs of fruity olive oil
splash sherry vinegar

Meat, fish and poultry

2 fresh mackerel, filleted
