  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.

  2. Wrap each prune with a rasher of bacon and roast them on a baking tray for eight minutes, or until they are cooked through.

  3. To serve, place the devils on horseback onto a clean plate with the parsley arranged alongside.
