  1. Pour the rum, apple juice and elderflower cordial into a large jug.

  2. Squeeze in the juice of the two lemons, then add the lemon pieces and lime wedges. Mix with a wooden spoon.

  3. Half-fill a plastic cup filled with ice with the rum mixture, then top up with cloudy lemonade.
