Country Show Cook Off: Episode 8

It is day three of professional chefs Jun Tanaka and Galton Blackiston's foodie road trip, visiting and competing in traditional country shows up and down the land - cooking up a storm in their converted classic Citroen van. This time the lads are in Glendale, inspiration for Postman Pat's Greendale. And hopefully they will be inspired as they enter their fruit tarts in the Glendale Show.

As a special treat, they get to visit the Maxwell family, local farmers who have diversified into the production of award-winning artisan cheeses and even ice cream!

And our sweet-toothed duo had better get on with the main job of the day - their fruit tarts on a pyrex dish! What will two top-ranking chefs bring to the table? And will it be enough to win over judge Sue Burston? All will be revealed in Country Show Cook Off!
