Curd recipes

Curd forms when milk turns sour. Cottage cheese, paneer and queso blanco are all forms of cow's curd. It's not just confined to dairy though, soya milk also creates a curd (bean curd) that's known as tofu. Experiment with goat or sheep curd with our easy salad recipes, or use tofu in stir-fries and curries.
