Programme presented:
Wednesday Evenings 7pm-10pm cover for the Early Show and Late Show.

How did you get into radio?
I was a pest! - I kept asking radio stations that I could be a presenter - Persistance paid off! Having worked for 4 radio stations now!

Where was your first broadcast?
CFM in 1996

Where else have you worked?
CFM 1996-1998, The Bay 96.9fm in Lancaster (Afternoon Drive 1999-2001) Lakeland Radio in Kendal - Programme Manager and Breakfast / Afternoon presenter.

What other jobs have you done besides broadcasting?
Started my working career selling apples and pears! - Believe it or not I was a Policeman, and have also worked for the NHS.

How long have you worked at BBC Radio Cumbria and why do you like it?
I started in April 2004, and I love working here because the listeners become your friends and are so loyal.

Favourite broadcasting memory?
Would be interviewing HRH Prince Charles. He was very relaxed and actually quite humourous!

What are your local connections (if any)?
Born and bred in Carlisle - all my family are here too.

What would you be if you weren't a radio presenter?
Er…Great question…probably a secret agent! - nah…seriously I would have to work with people - I thrive on interaction and would find it difficult being cooped up in a small office with very little "outside" contact.

What would listeners be surprised to learn about you?
I won the Carlisle & District Boys Solo in 1982..I cant sing for toffee now!!

What do you do when you're not broadcasting?
I love computing and surfing the web, spending time relaxing and thinking of ways to improve my show!

Describe the programme you present;
A three hour mind bending interactive experience!
