Who is Robert Burns?
Robert Burns is often called the national poet of Scotland, and he’s famous for writing poems and songs that people still enjoy today.
Every year, people celebrate his life on Burns Night, a Scottish tradition where families and friends come together to enjoy food, music, and poetry. There’s usually a special meal with haggis, and someone reads one of Burns’ poems to kick things off.
